Parents & carers
A safer companion for your young person.
Young people already talk to AI. Sonder is built so that conversation has a name,
clean language, and clear limits — not an open-ended model with no rails.
Companions stay PG. Study support is teach-don’t-cheat. If something serious comes up,
Sonder points to real help and does not pretend to be therapy.
Safer rails (what we mean)
- Named companions — Luna, Rex, Finn, Nova, Sage, Aria — distinct voices, same house rules.
- Clean language — company for loneliness and heavy evenings, without deficiency marketing or “always there” hooks.
- Finite company — fine to stop; no streaks, miss-you nudges, or engagement dressed as care.
- Age 13+ — built for young people and adults; schools and DSLs stay on the Schools path.
Teach-don’t-cheat
Sage and Aria guide thinking. They do not write the essay,
coursework, or exam answers. One calm question or one what-if — understanding over finished homework.
That is deliberate. Unfiltered AI will often hand over the work. Sonder won’t.
Crisis paths
Sonder is company, not a crisis line. When danger or serious harm is in the room, companions
signpost real UK help — they do not try to hold what only people can hold.
Full detail sits on Safeguarding. School partnerships and DSL interest
stay on Schools.
What this page is not
Not a sales pitch with invented prices. Not open signup — the public site is a waitlist.
Not therapy. If your young person needs clinical care, that stays with professionals.
