withsonder is an AI companion for learning support, conversation, and everyday emotional support. It is not a medical service, therapy service, crisis line, professional tutoring service, or essay-writing / homework-cheating tool. Crisis resources in the app are signposts only.
You agree not to submit coursework as your own work, attempt to bypass safety filters, share your account, use Sonder unlawfully, or attempt to reverse-engineer the AI system. Violations may result in immediate account termination without refund.
Full refund within 14 days of first paid charge. After 14 days, refunds at our discretion. Contact hello@withsonder.ai.
By using Sonder, you acknowledge that if our system detects a serious safeguarding concern, we may notify your trusted adult or emergency services. Full details in our Safeguarding Policy.
To the extent permitted by UK law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months. We are not responsible for academic decisions made based on Sonder's responses.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
